Information on the Entrance Ceremony for the 2024 Academic Year
To all new students, congratulations on your enrollment.
The date, time, and place of the entrance ceremony are as follows.
Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow enough time for the ceremony. (Doors open 30 minutes before the start time for each session.)

*Guarantors and family members are requested to watch the live webcast at the guarantor's venue on the same campus (Shirokane: Building No. 2, Yokohama: Building No. 9).
*For Faculty of Mathematical Informatics only, guarantors and family members are requested to watch the live webcast from seats in the back of the chapel at the Yokohama Campus. (There will be no on-campus venue for the live broadcast.)
■Notes
1. Please follow with the guidance and instructions of the chapel staff as it will be very crowded in the chapel and near the chapel entrance.
2. The entrance ceremony will be broadcast live on YouTube on the day of the ceremony at both the Shirokane Campus and Yokohama Campus, as well as on-demand after the ceremony.
The URL for the limited streaming will be announced on the "Port Hepburn" portal site for Meiji Gakuin University students.
MAIN account and password for accessing "Port Hepburn" will be provided via UCARO on Wednesday, March 27.
Please avoid spreading the video on social networking sites, as it will be distributed only to new students.
[About taking commemorative photo]
You are welcome to take commemorative photos on campus during the following dates. (We will prepare a signboard for photography.)
Period: 3/26(Tue) - 3/31(Sun)
*Photographing in front of Shirokane Chapel will not be available on 3/31(Sun) due to preparations for the entrance ceremony.
Available shooting hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
