Physical contact does not constitute sexual harassment unless it is unwelcome. But say "No" when such conduct is not based on mutual trust and is sexually offensive.
Consult a harassment advisor when your rejection does not stop the harassment, or when you are in a situation in which you cannot say "No".
A harassment advisor can be consulted not only by victims of sexual harassment but also by those who know of the occurrence of sexual harassment. When you believe your friend or colleague is being sexually harassed, it is also good to encourage her/him to consult a harassment advisor.
