About RefWorks

RefWork is a web-based citation management and formating software that is available for Meiji Gakuin University students, faculty, and staff.
RefWorks allows you to:

Create your own personal database of citations by importing references from text files, databases, or various sources.
Automatically generate bibliographies in all major style(MLA, APA, etc) in seconds, and then the exporting them as several document types.
Insert references directly into MS-Word, using the citation style of your choice, with RefWorks' Write-N-Cite feature.

Choose a language on the top right.

Sign up for an individual Account

Go to RefWorks Login page from the Meiji Gakuin University Library top page. Click "Sign up for an Individual Account" for the first time.
Complete the form by providing your name, Meiji Gakuin University network e-mail address and by choosing a login and password. Click "Register".

Use RefWorks

Go to the login pages that displays "RefWorks User Login For Meiji Gakuin University".
Ente your RefWorks login name and password via the Meiji Gakuin University network, or type the Group code on the Remote Access Screen from off-site.

Notice

Save the Group code at hand from your e-mail confirmation, you will need this to login from off-site.
Your account will be deleted when you do not acccess over 1 year.
Your account will be deleted after graduation or retirement.
The library recommend you to take backup in regular basis.
