We are always trying to create an environment for study and research for users.
Please observe the rules bellow
- Noise or disturbance is prohibited in the Library.
- Food or drink is prohibited in the Library.
- Smoking is prohibited in the Library.
- Mobile phones should be set to silent mode in the Library.
Preserving Library items
- Not writing or underling in Library items.
- Not tearing any pages out of the Library items.
- Carefully removing items from the shelves.
Please handle Library items with care to hand them to the next generation.
- Faculty and Staff of the University.
- Undergraduate students of the University (Including auditors).
- Postgraduate students of the University (Including research students and
auditors).
- Users with the permission from the President of the Library
The Libraries have an ID checking system at the entrance for your safety and security.
Meiji Gakuin University Card('MGU-CARD') acts as both University ID and
a Library membership Card.
Library users are required to possess a current MGU-CARD whenever you use
the Libraries.
Please remember that it is not transferable. You are responsible for the
charges for replacement of any lost or damaged items borrowed on your Card.
For lecturers(adjunct) of the University :
Please ask about the issue of the Library membership card at the Reference
Counter.
The Library is not open to the public. You are asked to bring your ID-card
and a letter of introduction from your institutes or libraries.
