| [9] Abstracts: |
(1) For individual presenters who
wish to make changes to their abstracts
(2) For
organizers who wish to make changes to entire panels or roundtables
abstracts
It is still possible for
you to make revisions to the abstract that you submitted to
ASCJ. We aim to put all abstracts online before the
opening of general registration on April 15. If you send us a revised
abstract before this date, we will use the new version. Otherwise, we
will use the original abstract submitted to us in the application
period. If English is not your native language, we recommend that you
ask a good speaker of English to check your abstract for accuracy and
style.
If you decide to make revisions to your abstract, please send
it by
attached file to the following address:

The file should follow our standard format (see
below). Save the file in
Microsoft
Word format (.doc preferably) or in rich text format (.rtf). Please
name the file to include your surname: ASCJ 2010 revised surname.doc and give
the email
the subject line ASCJ
2010 revised abstract. Include your name and
affiliation in the body of the e-mail. No other message is needed. We
will acknowledge the receipt of your email within a few days.
Standard format for individual abstracts (PDF-1),
panel abstracts (PDF-2),
roundtable abstracts (PDF-3).
Members of
panels should send any revisions to the panel organizer,
not directly to ASCJ. The organizer should send us all revisions for
the panel in a single file. The same is true of roundtables. |
