Guide to registration.

Please use the appropriate link for registration information. Note that the links on this page will be activated when we begin accepting registrations in each of the categories.

Early Bird Registration from Feb 20 - April 20

• Early bird registration opens on February 20.
• All presenters, chairs and discussants must register by April 20.
• Anyone planning to attend the conference at this time can register at this time.
• Registration includes:
  1) paying the conference fee
  
• The fee for advance (online) registration is 3000 yen. 
• Graduate students pay a reduced rate of 1000 yen.
• The fee can be paid by fax using the following form (doc / pdf).
• Residents of Japan can also pay by bank transfer (details here: url)
  
• 2) sending ASCJ a confirmation of your payment using the web form (url)
  
• There will be a reception (buffet style) in the evening on Saturday, June 30
• If you would like to attend, the reception fee can be paid at this time.
• The reception fee (optional) is 3000 yen
• Graduate students pay a reduced reception fee of 2000 yen.
  
• A printed name tag is prepared for everyone who registers in advance online.

HIGHER RATE registration: April 21 - June 10.

• Online registration remains open after April 21, but at a HIGHER rate.
• Those on the program who did not register early can do so now. Your names will be restored to the online program when we receive your registration and payment.
• Registration includes:
  1) paying the conference fee
  
• The fee for advance (online) registration is 4000 yen. 
• Graduate students pay a reduced rate of 1000 yen.
• The fee can be paid by fax using the following form (doc-2 / pdf-2).
• Residents of Japan can also pay by bank transfer (details here: url-2)
• 2) sending ASCJ a confirmation of your payment using the web form (url-2)
• There will be a reception (buffet style) in the evening on Saturday, June 30.

Onsite Registration

• From June 11 credit card and bank transfer payments will be closed.
  
• Payment at the conference site will cost 5000 yen (2000 yen for graduate students).
• Tickets to the reception may not be available on the day. 
• A printed name tag will not be available for those who register onsite.
