Guide to registration.

Please use the appropriate link for registration information.

Registration for presenters, chairs and discussants: for all those who will be listed in the program.

• All presenters, chairs and discussants must register by April 20, 2010. Registration includes:
  1) paying the conference fee and, if you plan to attend, the reception fee; and
  2) sending ASCJ a confirmation of your payment using the webform.

If  you have NOT registered by April 20, your name and affiliation will be removed from the online program. 
After April 20, we will accept presenter registration as follows: 
April 21 through June 10: You may send a conference fee payment (together with reception fee if desired) by credit card or bank transfer. Your name will be restored in the online program when we receive your registration and payment. 
From June 11 credit card and bank transfer payments will be closed. Your name will be removed from the program posted on the ASCJ website and will NOT be included in the printed program. You may pay the onsite conference fee of 5,000 yen (4,000 yen in the case of graduate students) on the day of the conference.

General registration: for everyone else who wishes to attend the conference.

• Online registration opens on April 20 and closes on June 10, 2010.
• From June 11 credit card and bank transfer payments will be closed. Payment at the conference site will cost more. Tickets to the reception may not be available on the day.
