Hatsue Shinohara

Dr. Hatsue Shinohara is currently(from April in 2003) Associate Professor at Graduate School of Asia-Pasific Studies, Waseda University, formerly Associate Professor at the Faulty of International Studies, Meiji Gakuin University, specialized in International Politics and History. She finished her Ph.D. work in History at the University of Chicago. She translated many works of Akira Iriye and her recent publications are Forgotten Crusade: The American Scholars of International Law in the Interwar Period (2003), and eThe League of Nations and the United Nations: Symbols of International Culture in the Twentieth Centuryf, Kokusai Seiji no.129 (February 2002).
