Caption: Ebeye, Republic of the Marshall Islands , and islet that is part of Kwajalein Atoll. 12,000 Marshalleese live on Ebeye. Kwajalein Atoll is located in the west-central Pacific Ocean north of the equator, about 3,900 km. southwest of Hawai'i and 2,590 km. east of Guam. United States Army Kwajalein Atoll Command and the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site are located on the atoll. Around 2,000 support personnel and their family members live on Kwajalein and Roi-Namur islets, part of Kwajalein Atoll.
