Message from Associate Dean Watson: Open Office Hours for all GTS students
In addition to the consultation sessions on April 15th , 26th, and 27th, we have arranged a new schedule of open office hours for all students in the Department of Global and Transcultural Studies (GTS). Faculty representatives will be available at the following times in April.
4/12 (Tue) 13:00-15:00

4/19 (Tue) 13:00-15:00
4/21 (Thu) 13:00-15:00
Students who want to meet with a professor should come to the office of the Faculty of International Studies on the 2nd floor of Building 8 on the Yokohama Campus. Building 8 is next to the South Gate. http://www.meijigakuin.ac.jp/campus/yokohama/index_en.html
On April 15, you will have your first chance to meet all GTS faculty members. You will be introduced to your Academic Adviser during the Departmental Guidance from 3:00 p.m. in room 1201 on the Shirokane Campus. http://www.meijigakuin.ac.jp/news/archive/mg_2011032501.pdf
On April 26, we will hold a Workshop and Welcome Party on the Shirokane Campus beginning at 1:30 pm in Room 2201. During the workshop, students will talk in groups with their Academic Advisers.On April 27, your teachers will explain more about the academic program during the guidance held from 12:15 pm in Room 2201.
