Library Laptop Lending Service

The Yokohama & The Shirokane Campus Library offer an in-building laptop lending service to undergraduates, post-graduates and exchange students who have a university network email account. If you have any queries about obtainning an email account, please consult the Computing & Information Center.

Borrowing procedure:

At the counter, please submit your student card and a completed request card. We retain your student card while the computer is in use. You may use the computer for up to three hours at Yokohama Campus Library.

Please return the laptop 30 minutes before the official library closing.

Authorized Computer Use Sites:

• You may not take the computer outside of the library.

In addition to the laptop, the borrower is also responsible for the accompanying items:

• Mouse
• LAN card
• LAN cable
• Security kit
• Carrying bag

Above items are to be lent together.
We do not lend any single item.

Installed Softwares:

Microsoft Word 2000, Microsoft Excel 2000, Microsoft PowerPoint2000,
NetscapeNavigator 4.08, Internet Explorer 5.01, Acrobat Reader 4.01.
