Because of rapid changes in our society, there is a pressing need for lawyers with creative legal minds. This research aims to develop legal education methods to promote creative legal minds. The study will be done, firstly, by constructing a basic theory of law creation through logical and economic- or game-theoretical analyses of judgments, as well as functions of justice, and secondly, by analysis of case studies used in legal education in U.S. law schools in comparison to statutory interpretation in civil law education. On the basis of these studies, legal education methods and educational e-learning systems for creative legal minds will be developed.
