Regarding graduate and undergraduate diploma and award ceremonies for the 2020 school year

We will be holding graduate and undergraduate diploma and award ceremonies for the 2020 school year on campus.

As a measure for preventing COVID-19 infections, however, we cannot allow all graduating students to assemble in the chapel as usual. Rather, we will provide a broadcast of the ceremony being held in the chapel for live viewing by students from on-campus classrooms. After the ceremonies, diplomas will be awarded in ceremonies conducted in those classrooms.

Also, we apologize for the inconvenience, but parents, guardians, guarantors, and non-graduating students will not be allowed on campus on the day of graduation ceremonies. We thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

There is a possibility that changing circumstances may result in modification or cancellation of these ceremonies. In such an event, we will post notifications on the University website and on Port Hepburn. We will also post videos of graduation ceremonies on the University website at a later date (late March) for viewing.
