Regarding the COVID-19 Workplace Vaccination Program for all students, faculty, and staff wishing to participate

With the full cooperation of Tokyo Takanawa Hospital, on September 4–5 we completed the first round of vaccinations in the University’s Workplace Vaccination Program, and we are now preparing to provide second doses on the weekend of October 2–3. Note that we do not currently plan to add new dates for first-time vaccinations.

As before, the second round of vaccinations will be provided at Palette Zone Shirokane on our Shirokane campus. 
Because the second round of vaccinations will occur after fall semester classes have started, the entire school will be on holiday from October 2–4 (Saturday through Monday); please see Port Hepburn for details.

We have provided information related to the details of vaccinations and the reservation site to students via Port Hepburn and to faculty and staff via email. We also sent a reminder email to undergraduate and graduate students at 17:00 on Thursday, August 26. Previously announced information related to vaccinations can be seen here .
