| The candidate is required to have a Ph.D. In an exceptional case, a candidate without a Ph.D. may also be considered if the applicant has an equivalent level of knowledge and has demonstrated research and professional experience. |

| 1. Curriculum vitae with a photo and email address. 2. List of publications. (Please circle three publications that are most relevant to the position’s area of specialization. Indicate the most important of the three with a double circle.) 3. Reprints or copies of the circled three publications. (Attach a summary in Japanese [about 1000 characters] for each of the three publications.) 4. A short essay in Japanese on the role of the teachers in college education (about 2000 characters). Candidates must use a standardized form for items 1 and 2.
