Regarding continuation of online courses throughout the 2020 spring semester

To help prevent spread of the novel coronavirus, Meiji Gakuin University has decided to continue conducting courses in an online format until the end of the 2020 spring semester (September 20, 2020). Before making this decision, we at Meiji Gakuin University did our best to find a way to resume face-to-face classes, but we decided that this was the best way to protect the health and safety of our students and faculty.

Accordingly, we have determined how we will handle spring semester final exams and grade reporting. Please see our notice “Regarding spring semester courses and grade reporting” for details.

The administrative offices have developed support measures for enrolled students and are putting them in place. Please see Port Hepburn (our portal site for enrolled students) for details and updates. We appreciate your continued understanding and support regarding this situation.
