台風19号接近に伴う授業および課外活動について

台風19号が、10月14日(火) 朝方に関東地方へ接近する可能性があるとの予報が出ています。

休講措置については、MG DIARYの13ページ及びPort Hepburnのメニューにある「明治学院大学暴風警報発令等での休講措置基準」を適用いたします。

課外活動や諸施設の利用についても授業の休講措置に準じます。

休講措置を行う場合は、原則として、午前7時および午前10時30分に、大学Webサイト、Port　Hepburn でお知らせします。

ただし、台風の速度や進路等により、早い段階で休講措置が妥当と判断したときは、休講措置基準にかかわらず、午前6時に当日の対応を発表します。

Notice concerning classes and extracurricular activities with Typhoon No. 19 approaching

There are reports that Typhoon No. 19 may approach the Kanto region on October 14 (Tue) in the early morning. 

Class cancellation measures will conform to the “Class cancellation standards for storm warning alerts, etc.” shown on MG DIARY page 13 and on the Port Hepburn menu. Extracurricular activities are subject to the same measures as class cancellations.

The latest information concerning class cancellations will be notified on the university website and Port Hepburn at 7:00AM and at 10:30AM on Tuesday, October 14. 

If the university makes a decision on cancellation earlier than the above-mentioned time judging from the information released by Japan Meteorological Agency, the announcement will be made at 6:00AM on the day regardless of Class cancellation measures.
