MG Okusawa House
Meiji Gakuin University maintains an off campus co-ed dormitory located in Okusawa, Tokyo for its International Student Program students.
Location
- Located in a quiet residential district in central Tokyo, with easy access to both the Shirokane (approximately 30 minutes door to door) and Yokohama (approximately 60 minutes door to door) campuses, the dormitory offers an environment fit for academic pursuit. All program participants are requested to stay in the MG Okusawa House.
Accomodation Fees
- Room rent (All rooms are single) :
- 50,000yen/month
- Deposit:
- 25,000yen (a one off payment valid for the duration of the student’s stay – to be returned upon checkout in cash minus any fees needed for repair/cleaning above those considered normal “wear and tear”)
- Utility costs:
- Included in the rent. No meal plan offered (*).
(*) Students are requested to make use of the communal kitchen to cook their own meals at the dorm.

Meiji Gakuin International Student House (MISH)
Meiji Gakuin University maintains an off-campus co-ed dormitory located in Totsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, for its International Student Program, UC Program and Soongsil Summer Program students.
Location
- Located in a quiet residential district, with easy access to both the Yokohama (approximately 20 minutes door to door) and Shirokane (approximately 60 minutes door to door) campuses, the dormitory offers an environment fit for academic pursuit. All program participants are requested to stay in MISH.
Accomodation Fees
- Room rent (All rooms are single) :
- 80,000yen/month
- Deposit:
- 25,000yen (a one off payment to be returned upon checkout in cash minus any fees needed for repair/cleaning above those considered normal “wear and tear”)
- Utility costs:
- The rent is inclusive of all utility costs and mandatory meal plan. The meal plan consists of breakfast and dinner on week days and Saturday.
