【春期健康診断のお知らせ　About AY2026 Student Health Checkup】

予約開始日およびその他の詳細については、2月中にポートヘボンにてお知らせします。
各自で必ずご確認のうえ、特別な事情がない限り、全員受診してください。

【日程】
●白金キャンパス：2026年3月24日（火）～3月30日（月）※土・日を除く
●横浜キャンパス：2026年3月30日（月）、31日（火）

【対象者】
全ての学部生・大学院生（※学部新入生、国際学研究科新入生を除く）

【受診場所】
白金キャンパス・横浜キャンパスのいずれかで受診してください。
[注意事項]
※ 2026年3月末で卒業・修了・その他の理由により離籍する方は対象外です。
※ 留学、教育実習・介護等体験、就職活動などにより、春学期中に健康診断証明書が必要となる方は、上記日程のいずれかのキャンパスで必ず受診してください。
※ 健康診断受診に際して、特別な配慮が必要な方はこちらをご確認ください。

Spring 2026 Health Checkup

The Spring 2026 Health Checkup will be conducted by appointment only.
Details, including the start date for reservations, will be announced on Port Hepburn in February.
Please be sure to check the information, and unless there are exceptional circumstances, all eligible students are required to take the health checkup.

[Dates]
Shirokane Campus: Tuesday, March 24 – Monday, March 30, 2026
(except on Saturday and Sunday)
Yokohama Campus: Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31, 2026

[Eligible Students]
All undergraduate and graduate students
(except for newly admitted undergraduate students and newly admitted students of the Graduate School of International Studies)

[Location]
You can take the health checkup at either Shirokane Campus or Yokohama Campus.

[Important Notes]
Students who will graduate, complete their program, or otherwise leave the university by the end of March 2026 are not eligible.

Students who will require a health checkup certificate during the spring semester for purposes such as study abroad, teaching practice, caregiving experience, or job hunting must take the on-campus health checkup during the above period.
