【秋期健康診断のお知らせ　About AY2026 Fall　Student Health Checkup】

予約開始およびその他の詳細については、対象者にポートヘボンにてお知らせします。

各自で必ずご確認のうえ、特別な事情がない限り、全員受診してください。

【日程】
●白金キャンパス：2026年9月17日（木）、9月18日（金）
●横浜キャンパス：2026年9月24日（木）、9月25日（金）

【対象者】
春期健康診断(2026年3月、4月実施)を受診できなかった学生

【受診場所】

学部1年生は横浜キャンパスのみで受診できます。
上級生は白金キャンパス・横浜キャンパスのいずれかで受診してください。

[注意事項]
※ 2026年9月末で卒業・修了・その他の理由により離籍する方は対象外です。
※ 健康診断受診に際して、特別な配慮が必要な方はこちらをご確認ください。

※健康診断証明書（検査結果証明書）の発行は、10月16日（金）を予定しています。

Fall 2026 Health Checkup

Details, including the start date for reservations, will be announced on Port Hepburn .
Please be sure to check the information, and unless there are exceptional circumstances, all eligible students are required to take the health checkup.

[Dates]

Shirokane Campus: Thursday, September 17, Friday, September 18, 2026
Yokohama Campus: Thursday, September 24 , Friday, September 25, 2026 

[Eligible Students]
Those who did not take the 2026 Spring Health Checkup held in March and April

[Location]
First-year students can only take the checkup at Yokohama Campus.　

Upper-level students can take the checkup at either Shirokane Campus or Yokohama Campus.

[Important Notice]

*Please note that those who graduate, complete studies, or otherwise leave the university at the end of September 2026 are not eligible.

*Please check here if you require special accommodations for your health checkup. 

※ Health Certificates (Examination Result Certificates) are scheduled to be issued on Friday, October 16.
